Stamp of the Month Blog Hop - School Year

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!

We will be featuring August SOTM, which is School Year, a set of 9 stamps.  If you have come here from Cat's Blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.  If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants on Melinda’s Blog

This month we have approximately 21 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

For my project I decided to scrapbook my kids First Day of School photos from 2016.  It was a big day, as my oldest Jaymee was starting Junior High School, and my youngest was starting Primary.

I started with a Colonial White base, and added Cranberry Cardstock, and I stamped a border in Cranberry ink around the edge of the cardstock, given it that tone on tone look.  The photos are matted with the secondary color of Lemon Cardstock, our Cardstock is now Two-toned.  For the title, First Day of School, I stamped using White Daisy pigment ink on Black cardstock. The frame is stamped in Toffee ink, and I used the secondary color Toffee Cardstock.

Now "Hop" on over to Carol's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! Remember, School Year SOTM is only available until the end of August!  Contact your CTMH Consultant (or click here) to see how you can get this stamp set at a discount!
